Bulk Clone Product Listings

Sellercraft does not support bulk product creation and cloning for any other channel except Sellercraft Offline Store, Lazada, Zalora and Shopee at the moment.

Steps

1. Click on "Products" in the navigation menu.

2. Navigate to "Bulk Operations".

3. Select a shop to be cloned from under "Clone Product Listings".

4. Select a shop to be cloned to.

5. Click on the "Export" button displayed as an icon and wait for the template to be generated.

6. Click on the "Template File" under the operation history once it has been generated to download the file. Edit the template file based on the specification.

1. Upload the edited template in the upload section under "Clone Product Listings".

2. Uploaded file will be marked as "Processed" under operation history if no issues were encountered.

3. Search for the product listings in Sellercraft and fill up the missing mandatory fields. Then, publish the listing.

If any issues arise with the uploaded file, the 'Operation History' section will display the 'Uploaded File' and 'Issues Report.' Download the Issues Report file and edit the fields that require corrections. Then, upload it back, refresh the page when necessary.

Product listings that have been successfully processed are not displayed in the issues report file.

Shop ID for this product.	Shop Country ID for this product.	Group number enables the grouping of multiple variations as one product or product bundle by using the same variant name and SellerSKU. Group numbers are processed in neighbouring row sequences.	Product name should include product brand and model. Avoid irrelevant keywords as it may cause the listing to be banned.	A good product description enhances the quality of your listing and increases chances of sales.	SellerSKU is a unique identifier for each product variation. SellerSKU value cannot be duplicated in a shop/system.	Indicate the variation name. Variations are different options of the same listing. Variations allow shoppers to select different product characteristics, such as size and colour.	The brand of product. Product brands refer to the individual products of a company.	Indicate the appropriate category ID for each product. An accurate category ID would boost search results.	Inventory SKU is a unique identifier for each physical product. Inventory should be already exist in Sellercraft **Users can do bundling by adding a row with the same variation.	Dimensions will be used to calculate the shipping fees for shipping channels.
