## Request Sellercraft OMS

In order to get started with Sellercraft OMS, simply log in to Sellercraft and navigate to the shop management page, where you'll find an option to request a free trial.

1. To request OMS, click on the "Request Free Trial" button.

2. The Sellercraft OMS Activation Request form will be displayed after clicking the "Request Free Trial" button. It contains **very important** information and an **onboarding starter guide** that you must review and understand before upgrading to OMS
3. Before upgrading to OMS, it's highly recommended to book a session with the Sellercraft support team to ensure a smooth onboarding process. Click on the "**Book Your Session Now**" button to reserve your slot.
4. After the onboarding session with the support team, please provide **confirmation** and specify the appropriate time for them to upgrade your account to OMS.<br>

## User Guide and Submit a ticket

If you encounter any problems or need guidance while using Sellercraft, you can refer to the user guide or contact support.

1. Access the User Guide from the Support drop-down menu if you need guidance or have questions regarding Sellercraft OMS or Sellerwizard
2. If you experience any issues while using Sellercraft, click on the "Submit a ticket"  to seek assistance from the support team
