Promotions

A gift-with-purchase (GWP) promotion is a type of sales campaign where brands incentivize customers to make a purchase by offering them a free gift.

The minimum spend that needs to be met in order for buyer to claim the free gift(s).

Add New Promotion

Step 1 : Click "Promotions" button at the navigation bar of the page.

Step 2 : Click "Add new promotion" to create the promotion.

Step 3 : Fill in the fields to add new promotion and save it to create the promotion.

a) Enter a specific and relatable Title name for the promotion.

b) Choose the starting and ending date of the Promotion Period.

c) Enter the total amount in the Trigger Basket Value which needed to trigger the eligiblilty of the free items.

d) Fill in the Quantity of the free items(min 1) and the Inventory SKU of the free item.Click the (+) symbol to add more free items.

1) GWP - Multi Tiers Promotion

Step 1 : Click "Upcoming" in the promotion page to create new tier.

Step 2 : Check out for the upcoming promotion which created earlier and Click "Add New Tier" for the choosen promotion.

Step 3 : Fill in the fields to add new tier for the gift-with-purchase. a) Enter the total amount that must be purchase by the customer to qualified for the free gift.

b) Enter the quantity of the free item and the Inventory SKU of the free items.

c) Click "Save & Close" it to create the tier or Click on "Save & Add Another Tier" if needed.
