Views the overall sales performance of all the stores the user has connected to Sellercraft. Separately view the number orders and items sold.

Shop Management

  1. The shop management page features a dashboard view that displays six tiles of important metrics at the top.

    • Today's Sales shows the total sales for the current day in the currency unit used by the seller.

    • New Orders Today displays the total number of new orders that have been received for the day.

    • Orders to Process shows the number of orders that require processing before they can be shipped.

    • Orders to Ship displays the number of orders that are ready to be shipped.

    • Out of Stock Listings shows the number of listings that are out of stock and cannot be sold.

    • Listings Low on Stock displays the number of listings that are low on stock and need to be restocked soon.

      Today's sales is calculated by deducting the value of unpaid and cancelled orders from the total today order value from platform

  2. The shop management page also provides two charts that offer a visual representation of orders and items sold, as well as sales over time. These charts can provide valuable insights into the performance of the seller's shop and help identify trends, popular products, and areas for improvement.

Click on the legend icons to hide/display elements on the charts.

  1. Data can be filtered based on a selected period. This feature provides sellers with the flexibility to view specific data within a chosen time frame, helping sellers track sales performance and make informed business decisions based on the results.

  1. Channel and Shop Performance (Last 30 Days)

    • Monitor the performance of each channel and shop to identify areas of improvement and optimize sales.

  2. Assortment Performance (Last 30 Days)

    • Keep track of product performance to know which products are selling well and which ones need improvement.

  3. Top 30 Products (Last 30 Days)

    • Monitor the performance of top-selling products to ensure that they remain in stock and continue to sell well. It also helps to identify trends and opportunities for product optimization.
