General Questions

How often does Sellercraft update my product information on marketplaces?

Product information is refreshed every 15 minutes. So if a new product is created on the marketplace, there will be a slight waiting time before it appears on Sellercraft.

Can I edit my stock on marketplaces or other systems once connected to Sellercraft?

Once connected to Sellercraft, all stock updates will need to be made through Sellercraft. Stock changes made directly on the marketplace stores will not be sync to Sellercraft and overwritten by Sellercraft.

Can I edit my Product Information on the marketplaces or other systems once connected to Sellercraft?

Yes, product information updates such as images and titles (except stock) can be updated on the marketplace systems. Sellercraft will synchronize accordingly.

How to add a new user to my Sellercraft account?

Create a new account in Sellercraft and ask the support team to link new user email to the same Organization ID. Please send a new user email and admin(main) email for support team to process your request.

How to disconnect your shop from sellercraft?

Users need to contact Sellercraft technical support for further action.

Why my account is disabled?

If we did not receive any payment for subscription renewal or that we can’t contact you within the 7 days grace period your subscription ended your account will be disabled. Please contact info@deeplynx.com to reactivate your account.

How the promotion work in Sellercraft?

Situation 1: (Single)Set Promotion with Min Purchase RM100 from 00:00 27/01/2023 until 23:59 29/01/2023 will get Free Gift SKU 123

Situation 2: (Stacking)Set Promotion if buyers purchase more than the min purchase RM100 and RM400 from 00:00 27/01/2023 until 23:59 29/01/2023 will get two free gifts SKU 123 and SKU 456 (Add two promotions which have same promotion period)

What should users do after upgrade to OMS?

After all products ingested to Sellercraft, users must update the current stock available for all inventory in Sellercraft. Sellercraft will sync the stock to all platform that connected to the listing

What is the purpose of shopee autoboost ?

The shopee autoboost function lets you improve your product's search ranking temporarily to increase the number of views and potential sales.

What’s the difference between physical inventory and product listing?

Physical inventory acts as the warehouse that manages the stock and reserved stock of physical items. Whereas for product listing, catalogues can be created to sell either a single item or a bundle of different or same items from the inventory. The stock in inventory will be reflected dynamically when purchases are made.

Why stock lock editing is unavailable for Shopee?

Shopee updates the stock lock amount to Sellercraft automatically, while for other platforms, the stock lock needs to be adjusted manually.

What happen if renamed the SellerSKU in Sellercenter?

  • Renamed SellerSKU which is totally different item/variant from old SellerSKU Please reattach correct inventory SKU to the variant in Sellercraft. **For new Inventory -> Create new inventory in Sellercraft

  • Renamed SellerSKU but it still the same item/variant from old SellerSKU Please reattach or double check inventory SKU that attach to the variant is correct. **How to reattach inventory SKU to the SellerSKU in Sellercraft?
