Why do customers continue to place orders even when there is no stock available?

Sellercraft initially retrieves the current stock information from the platform, which remains in place until receiving updates from Sellercraft users or inbound notifications from the WMS.

Scenario 2

When a product listing already exists in Sellercraft and the seller creates or enables the same listing via the platform. The sync from platform to Sellercraft for product listings is not instant.

Solution

Perform a force sync in order to update the information.
