# How to disconnect the shop
**Step 1 :** \
Log in to the account and scroll down of any SellerCraft page.
**Step 2 :** \
Click the "Raising Support Ticket" at the bottom of all SellerCraft page.()
**Step 3 :** \
It will redirect to the Issue Submission Form.
**Step 4 :** \
Fill up your request to disconnect the shop. Once completed, submit the form and it will be accelerate to the support team.
