Orders Pending

There are three additional tables to assist sellers in monitoring their e-commerce operations

Orders Packing (RTS) Pending
  • Identify orders that are waiting to be packed and shipped, and take action to fulfill them.

  • Keep track of the number of days that orders have been pending, and prioritize fulfilling the oldest ones first.

  • Monitor the problematic column to quickly identify orders that may require additional attention, such as those with missing or damaged items.

Orders Shipping Pending
  • Identify orders that have been packed and are waiting to be shipped, and take action to fulfill them.

  • Keep track of the number of days that orders have been pending, and prioritize fulfilling the oldest ones first.

  • Monitor the problematic column to quickly identify orders that may require additional attention, such as those with incomplete or incorrect shipping information.

Orders Delivery Pending
  • Identify orders that have been shipped and are pending delivery, and take action to ensure they are delivered.

  • Keep track of the number of days that orders have been pending, and prioritize following up on the oldest ones first.

  • Monitor the problematic column to quickly identify orders that may require additional attention, such as those with delayed or lost deliveries.

The order health filter can be accessed via the selection menu located on the top left-hand side of the table.

The table can be exported through the designated button located on the upper right-hand corner of the table.

Column Definition

Order Number

Unique identification number for the order.

Ordered At

Date and time the order was placed.

Shop

The platform where the order was made.

Pending Days

Number of days the order has been pending.

Status

Current status of the order.

Order Value at Risk

Total value of the order.

Problematic

Indicates whether there are issues with the order.
