Locking the stocks

When selecting the start date for the stock lock, aim to align it with the date that the SKU is approved for the campaign on the platform. Similarly, when determining the end date and time for the stock lock, ensure it coincides with the end date and time of the campaign.

Keep in mind that there may be a 2 to 3 minute delay before the stock lock is reflected

Please note that identical variants or listings may be submitted for campaigns across multiple channels. If you do not anticipate the product to sell out during the campaign, you may choose to lock a lower quantity of stock in Sellercraft. For instance, if the stock lock for Lazada is set to 20 and the stock lock for TikTok is set to 30, Sellercraft will lock a total of 50 units.

How to lock the stocks?

  1. Update the stock lock for a product listing on a specific channel by navigating to the "Product Listings" page and searching for the relevant product listing.

  2. Click on "Stocks and Prices"

  3. Click on the "Edit" button located on the bottom-right corner of the Stocks and Prices panel.

  4. Fill in the "Campaign period" and the quantity to lock, then click "Save" to apply the changes.

Editing the stock lock for Shopee is not possible since it is automatically captured by Sellercraft.
