Process New Order

To process a new order, you can follow these steps:

  1. Login to your Sellercraft account.

  2. Navigate to the "Orders" tab in the menu.

  3. Click on the order you want to process to view its details page.

  4. Review the order details to ensure that everything is correct, including the customer's shipping address, payment status, and ordered items.

  5. If everything is correct, mark the order as "Ready to Ship".

  6. If you need to cancel the order, you can click on the "Cancel Order" button and follow the prompts to cancel the order.

  7. If you need to print a shipping label, click on the "Print Shipping Label" button and follow the prompts to generate the label.

  8. If supported by the platform, you can also print an invoice by clicking on the "Print Invoice" button.

Once you have completed these steps, the order will be processed and ready to ship to the customer.
