Order management flow

In Sellercraft, the order management flow is designed to streamline the processing of orders efficiently. Here's a breakdown of the process:

  1. Order Sync: Once an order is synchronized with Sellercraft, it becomes visible in the system for further processing.

  2. Order Processing: Users have the option to process the order by utilizing the RTS (Ready to Ship) feature. This allows users to prepare the order for shipment and generate the necessary shipping labels directly from the Order page.

  3. Batch Processing: To optimize workflow, users can select multiple orders by creating a picklist. This enables them to efficiently pass the selected orders to the warehouse team for fulfillment.

  4. Invoice Generation: Currently, the functionality for generating invoices is available exclusively for Lazada orders. Users can easily generate invoices for their Lazada orders within Sellercraft.

  5. Order Reporting: Sellercraft provides users with various reporting options. They can access order reports through Analytics or Sellerwizard, which allow them to obtain valuable insights and analyze their sales performance.
