Why are stocks not syncing to platforms?

There are several reasons why stock quantity may not be syncing to the platform:

  1. The variant is disabled.

  2. The variant is in draft mode.

  3. Stock allocation is zero.

If you have confirmed that the stock is not syncing with the platform despite the reasons mentioned above not being applicable, you can proceed to initiate a force synchronization by following the steps provided below.

  1. Navigate to the Products -> Product Listings

  2. Use the search bar to find the product you wish to sync.

  3. Once on the product page, click on the "Stocks and Prices" button to access the panel.

  4. Ensure that the variants you wish to sync are enabled.

  5. Click on the "Force Sync" button located on the bottom-left of the panel.
