# Create New Inventory

There are three different methods for creating an inventory:

1. [Automatically](#automatically)
2. [Manually](#manually)

Inventory SKU can’t be amended because once created it could be tied to orders. If you need to amend then please create new inventory SKU and attach correctly to the listings.

## Automatically

Once a seller links their shop to Sellercraft, the platform will ingest the product information, including the stock level, and generate the inventory using the product's unique SKU.<br>

## Manually

1. Access the Physical Inventories page via the drop-down menu.
2. Select the option to "Add Inventory."

3. Complete all required fields.
4. Confirm your changes by clicking on "Save Changes."
