Create New Inventory

There are three different methods for creating an inventory:

1. Automatically

2. Manually

3. Bulk Operation

Inventory SKU can’t be amended because once created it could be tied to orders. If you need to amend then please create new inventory SKU and attach correctly to the listings.

Automatically

Once a seller links their shop to Sellercraft, the platform will ingest the product information, including the stock level, and generate the inventory using the product's unique SKU.

Manually

1. Access the Physical Inventories page via the drop-down menu.

2. Select the option to "Add Inventory."

1. Complete all required fields.

2. Confirm your changes by clicking on "Save Changes."

Field Definition

Field	Description
Inventory SKU	Inventory SKU is a unique identifier for each physical product. Inventory should be already exist in Sellercraft.
GTIN 1 (Barcode)	GTIN is Global Trade Item Number which is a unique and internationally recognized identifier for a product.
Inventory Name	Item name of the product.
Stock	The total number of item.
Cost price	Cost price of the item.
End of life	Product has been discontinued or is no longer active for production.
Free gift	Item marked as a free gift
Package length(mm)	Dimensions will be used to calculate the shipping fees for shipping channels.
Package height(mm)	Dimensions will be used to calculate the shipping fees for shipping channels.
Package width(mm)	Dimensions will be used to calculate the shipping fees for shipping channels.
Package weight(gram)	Package weight will be used to calculate the shipping fees for shipping channels. Note: Inaccurate weight may cause inaccurate shipping fees and rejected deliveries by logistic partners.
